All the activities, staffing, food service and fun is provided by us. Charter busses bring the party to Tanuga, and we do the rest!
Weddings
Wedding celebrations are weekend events at Tanuga. Imagine the fun your friends and family will have together. Guests enjoy fully staffed activities, phenomenal food service, campfires, hay rides, and dancing all in a piece of Northern Michigan heaven. From Pre-event parties and rehearsal dinners thru to a bon voyage brunch, it's a memory making good time!
Our catering department can make an unforgettable experience for your event. we can work with any budget to create a weekend menu that compliments the style of your event. From simple family style dinner options to gourmet dining with passed hor d'oeuvres, you can be sure that you and your guests will be delighted. And special meals are no problem for guests with special food needs and dietary considerations.

Accommodations & Activities
While most people have to figure out who they're going to seat together, an event at Tanuga has you deciding who will sleep together! Our cedar log cabins can comfortably accommodate six to eight adults. Each cabin has it's own bathroom and full electrical. Our modern day 5000 square foot Bears Den Lodge has eight spacious bedrooms, each with it's own full bathroom. The lodge is usually reserved for immediate family members and elderly guests.
Tanuga offers a full spectrum of activity choices.
Guests are able to take part in waterfront activities like wake boarding, water skiing, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, ect...
Land activities include; arts & crafts, mt. biking, rock climbing, trapeze and archery. For the Sports enthusiast; roller blade hockey, soccer, basketball, softball, volleyball, and tennis.
