Camp Tanuga is thrilled to welcome back Family Camp Weekend, one of our most beloved traditions. After several years away, we can’t wait to share the magic again with returning families and first-time campers alike. Whether you’re introducing your children to the Tanuga Magic for the first time, or reliving it with old friends, Family Camp is about being together, with no distractions except laughter, adventure, and sunsets on Manistee Lake.

Who It’s For
- Little ones (ages 1–6): A perfect introduction to camp, with mom and dad close by for comfort and encouragement.
- Older kids: The chance to share their favorite camp activities with parents right alongside them, creating memories that last.
- Alumni parents: A treat like no other — stepping back into camp life with your own children and reliving the magic.

Family Camp Includes
- Lodging in a traditional cabin (included in base price, lodge upgrade available)
- Meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday brunch (no cooking, no dishes, just enjoy!)
- Official Family Camp T-Shirt
- Activities for everyone: swimming, sailing, waterskiing, wake boarding, spin wheel, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, climbing wall, trapeze, arts & crafts, archery, field & court sports, mountain biking, gaga, softball, volleyball, and more
- Child Care options so parents can recharge too
- Evening Programs: campfires, s'mores, talent show, family night, and more!
- Adult activities, camper activities, and family competitions
- Optional Lodge Room Upgrade (limited to 8 rooms, $600 additional)
- Arrival: Thursday 3–5pm | Departure: Sunday by 11am

Rates

Adults & Children (3+) – $600
Toddlers (2 & under) – $400
Lodge Room Upgrade (per family, 3 nights) – $600

Cancellation Policy
Cancel before March 1 – Full refund minus $250/family admin fee.
Cancel after March 1 – Deposit (25%) is non-refundable.

FAQ
Are linens included? Linens provided in the lodge and by request for cabins.
Can I bring my pet? For the safety of campers, pets are not permitted. (Only our directors' camp dogs)
Do parents pay too? Yes, it's a per person charge, all family members attending pay a fee.
When will I get packing info/schedule/etc? A full breakdown of the schedule and what to bring will be emailed around April–May.
Special requests? Pack n Plays/Cribs, High Chairs/Booster Seats, Dietary Needs/Allergies, Refrigeration/Storage, Accessibility Needs, Wifi Access, etc. are all available upon request. Please email camp@tanuga.com with specific questions/requests.
